The hotel exceeded my expectations with its superb location, right across the road from the bus station and surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. The room, although a bit small for two people, was cozy and quiet, maintaining that classic high standard of Holiday Inns and offering excellent value. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate requests and provide professional assistance. The dining experience, while nice with a good selection, could have been improved with hotter plates and quicker food replenishment. Overall, a great stay for those looking for convenience and great service.
